Ms. Nandita Mishra is an accomplished Advocate and Partner at the firm, bringing more than a decade of rich and intensive litigation experience across the Indian judicial spectrum. She regularly represents clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, and various specialized tribunals and district courts across the National Capital Region (NCR).
Her multi-disciplinary practice spans civil, commercial, and criminal litigation, with a specialized focus on arbitration, corporate disputes, real estate law, and service matters. Nandita also commands a strong corporate advisory presence, serving on the panel of various banks and financial institutions, where she provides strategic counsel on recovery and high-value financial litigation.
